A recycling environmental concept that builds soil stability for Swedish business.

We work for your ideas

Let us take it from the beginning: in sensitive areas where earthworks are carried out, such as construction sites, road works amongst other, a basic reinforcement of the area and temporary access roads are often required to ensure stable and safe earthworks. This applies not only to heavy vehicle transports on the sensitive ground where even weight distribution is crucial.

In addition, ground protection can prevent damage to machinery and other equipment. And not to mention: sensitive ground such as grass surfaces can be protected from unnecessary damage. Other examples are large, public outdoor events, events and music festivals – the worst mud gruel is more the rule than the exception after heavy rain.

Flexible and effective protection is easy-to-handle mats made of recycled plastic. And the list of uses of these mobile sheets is largely unlimited.

The ground protection mats are environmentally friendly and made only from recycled plastic, which means that the products reduce the amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. The product series TempoTrax© and ArmorTrax© are dimensioned for everything from small construction work to large construction sites with extreme and challenging ground surfaces and conditions. Our focus is to manufacture products from plastic that would otherwise be incinerated. Instead, we use the material to make soil protection products, and they can be reused time after time, year after year. The climate footprint is a reduced environmental impact both in relation to alternative soil protection solutions and in relation to energy recovery/incineration of the plastic, a strong argument for using these tiles and products (reference: RISE Research Institute of Sweden AB)

We work with a large number of recycling companies for plastics around Europe. And we place high demands on our partners. Our requirement is that the products are of high quality and that they are 100% recycled plastic that can also be recycled.

We align ourselves and our business partners to work with the UN’s sustainability goals.

* Goal  9: sustainable industry, innovations and infrastructure
* Goal  12: sustainable consumption and production
* Goal  17: implementation and global partnership

The plastic raw material is of a kind that many plastic-producing companies see as unusable and count them out. Among other things, it contains impurities in the paint and it consists of mixed types of plastic that many manufacturers can not handle (we call it “dirty plastic”).

We do just the opposite. And we do this to make our contribution to reducing climate impact. In addition, we have succeeded in producing a product that is economically advantageous for our customers, which means that sales and product range increase year by year.

What we offer

The plastic mats are installed and moved manually. They have a stable bearing capacity of up to 80 tonnes and a protective, durable surface that can withstand heavy loads and industrial influences. Our production is made of 100% recyclable material which is also recommended by the Building Products Assessment (reference BVB and RISE). Restoration work, machine damage and work delays are minimized, thanks to the easy handling of these plastic mats. They protect earthy soil, lawns, asphalt, concrete and all other ground-based surfaces. With our own product development of 100% recycled and recyclable plastic waste, we are today the EU’s most cost-effective alternative.

Sustainability

All our plastic products are manufactured to meet the toughest emission regulations in the world. Working closely with our suppliers to meet our own strict high standards makes it easy for customers’ projects.

We use only 100% recycled plastic, and ensure that there are no contaminants that are in conflict with REACH, the candidate list or that are listed in BASTA‘s * eligibility criteria, in our plastic.

Where they are made

Our manufacturing facilities produce a complete range of core materials of the highest quality to improve both the stability and appearance of the finished panels. Only 100% recycled plastic is used in production and in addition TempoTrax® is recyclable!

We only use European manufacturing facilities that we work very closely with and are at the forefront when it comes to using the plastic that no one else wants.
